I, like many gamers bought a 60 day WoW game card with out realizing because this site is so confusing to begin with. It can only be redeemed in Russia, upon someone telling me this I proceeded to see about a refund or getting a US code. I was met with this conversation where they tell you about how their "Buyer protection" is them reselling what you bought and giving you a full refund once someone else has bought it. The "Full Refund" is either store credit or they can put it back on your card or in this instance Paypal. That is not what i would consider Buyer Protection. Then they tried to get me to use a VPN to Russia using Battlenet, that can't be done safely, after 10 mins of trying to get my money back or a new code I got no where. This whole site is a bad choice for buying anything honestly. Their customer service is poor at best and they have no real way to actually help you. I would be weary of buying anything on this site along with the fact that I didn't receive anything helpful and was spoken to rudely by the person on chat here by known as "Michele" because that is what her name is on the livechat window. I am very much disappointed with everything and do not thing they are worth even browsing. I just lost 20$ if they can't sell the game card. So much for anything about customer service. VPN requires me to install things on my computer that may be harmful to my computer, selling it is probably the same thing that someone mistakingly bought it the same way I did and giving it to someone else is kinda counter productive to me wanting my money back or a code I can actually use.

you put the key to sell, someone buys it and you receive money in your balance, you can use this money to buy something else.. Let's say there is a problem with they key. We will contact you, then you say us that you bought it by mistake from another person, and we will contact that person to ask why key doesn't work. If the person that buys your key makes your same mistake we will ask him the same we are asking you. Your money will be safe anyway

But you can sell the cake to someone else. i am sorry but you made a mistake buying this game and it is not our foult. the key works fine but you bought a wrong one. I think Kinguin handled that well.

You have to understand Kinguin did not sell you the key themselves, they just mediated it - like ebay.

They can't simply dissolve the contracts between all parties, most importantly the seller, just because you changed your mind about the item after the transaction. They probably do not even have the legal power to do that, only the seller of course does.

I'm sorry, but please think about where you were buying from.

It's not like a department store where there's only two parties involved. There is a third in this case.
